Meeting with the Family

  • Before the service, Initial meeting with the family to gather information about the person's life, achievements, and any special requests or traditions you want to include in the ceremony.

Creating the Ceremony

  • Crafting a personalised ceremony. This includes selecting readings, poems, music, and other elements that reflect the individual's personality, beliefs, and values.

Leading the Service

  • Guiding attendees through the various parts of the ceremony. Delivering the eulogy or tribute, support to the grieving family and friends, and facilitating moments of reflection or prayer.

Coordination with Other Participants

  • Collaborating with other individuals involved in the service, such as musicians, speakers, or religious leaders, to ensure that the ceremony proceeds smoothly and according to plan.

Facilitating Rituals and Traditions

  • Depending on the wishes of the family and the cultural or religious background of the deceased, may incorporate specific rituals, customs, or traditions into the ceremony, such as a moment of silence, a candle lighting ceremony, or prayers.

Providing Support

  • In addition to leading the ceremony, We serve as a compassionate presence for the grieving family and friends, offering support, empathy, and reassurance throughout the service.

SPEECH WRITING from £150

  • Meet to gather information about the occasion and key message

  • Consider the audience/guest/congregation

  • Create, share and edit a unique speech

  • Share ideas for including visual aids and personal elements

  • Support the rehearsal of your speech

  • Print and present the speech for practical use and as a keepsake

PET REMBERANCE SERVICE £200

  • Meet up to share the story of your loving pet

  • Take time to offer support every step of the way

  • Help to bring closure and comfort to the family

  • Consider different types of service you would like

  • Share ideas for emotive music, songs, poems and prayers

  • Create and share a reading to respect and honour your faithful friend

  • Lead the ceremony – inviting family members to read/speak if they wish

  • Print and share a copy of the reading as a keepsake

Attendance at each ceremony includes travel up to 50 miles return  - additional miles charged at 45PPM
